Manages catering NPD and innovation for 50 bars and kiosks at the stadium. Leads trials for new F&B products, service concepts, and EPOS systems, while planning for the new stadium development. 

Director of Group Procurement

Strategically sources property and construction services for Sainsbury’s Group, including Argos and Habitat. Current projects include large-scale builds, fit-outs, refrigeration replacements, and various retail initiatives, totalling around 6,000 projects annually. 

Food Development Manager

Leads menu innovation and supplier collaboration, working on projects that explore kitchen equipment trials, food innovation, and partnerships across restaurants, pubs, and hotels. 

Contracts Manager
